Privacy Policy
Last updated
This Privacy Policy describes how Benchwarmer (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application.
Summary
Benchwarmer does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app works entirely offline and does not connect to the internet or any external server.
Information We Do Not Collect
Benchwarmer does not collect any information about you or your device, including but not limited to:
- Personal information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Advertising identifiers
Data You Enter Into the App
Benchwarmer lets you add players and their estimated skill levels so it can generate fair doubles matchups. This information:
- Is stored only on your device, in local app storage.
- Is never transmitted anywhere — the app has no network or backend connectivity.
- Is entirely under your control. You can delete it at any time by removing players within the app or by clearing the app’s data/storage through your device settings.
Because all data lives only on your device, clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app will permanently delete this information, and we have no way to recover it.
Third-Party Services
Benchwarmer does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect any data to share.
Children’s Privacy
Benchwarmer does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13, because the app does not collect information from any user.
Changes to This Policy
If this Privacy Policy is updated in the future (for example, if new features change how the app handles data), the updated policy will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
